    In October of 2022 Lora was honored to be filmed for a documentary that features her amazing and gifted friend, Robin Landsong. In part one they explore the mechanism of being broken down, to be broken open.

    The discussion continues about the profound effects of trauma on the nervous system, on our ability to trust, or to grow beyond the time the trauma occurs. Lora and Robin discover they have similar paths to healing through “mothering” and loving acts of kindness.

    Part three will take us full circle into Lora and Robin’s stories and the unbelievable ability we all have to heal, reach depths of awareness never imagined, flourish and ultimately live in service as a result of and beyond trauma.
